They are very rude to you in their correspondence. Quite unprofessional.
At 1st the company sounded great. I traded in items and was told there are contact up dates of new inventory coming in. I'm a transformers guy, and not once did they have anything of interest 2-4 items sealed in package listed for a rediculous price. Finally I asked for my items back, I received no reply to emails or phone calls. Then I get a check in the mail for the amount of my credit. I never agreed to this, then I receive a email from Nikki stated I spoke to someone....never did I. What a piss poor way of operating a business. I hope they go out of business.
They are pretty good, having in mind they are a business and need to make a decent profit to pay the wages of their employees. There costumer's service was awesome at least for me. And they pay you what they quote you on their app as long as they receive it in the condition you said its in. So dont be cheap on the shipping or it can cost you.
